The principals, working from offices in Kent, Cambridge and York are mature business people with direct "hands on" experience of founding, acquiring, managing and selling businesses.

At Lloyd Fredericks we fully understand that the sale of a business may represent the culmination of many years' investment in time and money or even a lifetime's work. Our role is to provide a full service to clients from initial valuation through to ultimate sale, with the intention of maximising the return on the vendor's achievements and efforts.

Valuations are undertaken at nominal cost, but we then work on a no sale – no fee basis, hence aligning our interests with those of our clients.

We are always pleased to have confidential and informal discussions with prospective vendors or purchasers. Initial meetings are on a no commitment no fee basis. We take enough time to review a business, consider market conditions, timing and preparation for envisaged sales or acquisitions.
